The Chehalis School District takes pride in its reputation for excellence in education. The District's motto, "Learners Today. Leaders Tomorrow." is echoed by its Mission statement. Our schools Cascade Elementary School (K-1),  R.E. Bennett Elementary School (2-3),  Olympic Elementary School (4-5), Chehalis Middle School (6-8), and W.F. West High School (9-12), have upheld this reputation as is proven by the many successes in academics, music, sports, journalism and art of our approximately 2,600 students. Our staff and community share a common feeling of partnership and teamwork in providing the best educational experience possible for our students.

Mission

The mission of the Chehalis School District, in partnership with families and community, is to meet the learning needs of each student by providing a comprehensive, student-centered educational program that inspires and develops responsible, contributing citizens.
